Selection and placement

All of our selection and placement procedures are organized in a way that shows the principle of providing equal opportunities by evaluating potential candidates according to their competencies, knowledge and abilities. Open positions in our company are first evaluated within the company. Based on the principle of right people for the right job, our interviews are based on competency, personality tests, competency assessment and skill tests can also be applied to candidates depending on the situation required by the position. Candidates who are evaluated positively as a result of interviews and exams are subjected to reference research from their previous manager. Job offers are made to candidates with positive evaluations, and applications are informed.
 

Internship Applications

With the internship opportunities we provide to high school and university students, we prepare students for business life and support their development. 

Vocational High School Internships

We receive internship applications in May, June and July through the relevant school directorates. Students do their internships during the school term, September - June. 

University Internships

We receive it with the CVs forwarded to Internships are held between June and September for 4-6 weeks, depending on the department's demands. Applications are evaluated in line with the pre-selection criteria and finalized by interviewing the trainee candidates if needed.
