Return and Exchange Conditions
Our aim is to satisfy you in the best possible way. That's why we are with you before and after the sale. You can cancel your order without giving any reason, according to both the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the relevant legislation, as well as the Akar Shirts Hayyum Eşkinazi: Customer Satisfaction System.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
You can return or exchange the products you have purchased under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, using your right of withdrawal within 14 days unconditionally. Within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee you paid while creating your order is returned to you.
You can return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the invoice date, and exchange it within 30 days, provided that you comply with the return and exchange conditions.
You can only do your exchanges and returns on pierroferran.com. The product invoice must be submitted for returns and exchanges. Otherwise, no refunds or exchanges are made.
Changes can only be made with the color and size of the product you ordered.
If there is no information about your request in the package you have sent to us for your return/exchange transactions, the relevant order will be subject to the return process.

Shipping fees with other shipping companies must be paid by the customer.
Returns can only be made by cargo as stated above. No refunds or exchanges can be made on your overseas orders.
Return Policy:
Even if the package of the product has been opened, all the apparatus (bag, needle, information card, label and all shirt apparatus) that come out of the package must be returned to us completely and intact. The product should be returned to us without any changes or deformations. The product must be absolutely unused, there are no stains, tears, cracks, etc. on it. there should be no damage.

When you want to return the product you have purchased from Pierro Ferran in accordance with the above conditions, you must send the product you have purchased to our address above together with the invoice of the product. Refunds are not available from our store.
Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:
Products that do not comply with the conditions defined for the above products cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the customer returns the product or refuses to purchase, the price of the product is refunded to the customer from the moment the returned product reaches Akar Shirts Hayyum Eşkinazi. Remittance refund requests are notified to the bank by our system and transferred to your account by the bank within a maximum of 10 working days.
If you make your full and complete return requests for products paid by credit card, the relevant information will be transferred to your bank and the bank will make the payment within a maximum of 10 working days. Relevant Bank may not reflect Credit Card refunds to your account on the same day. (Akar Shirts Hayyum Eşkinazi has no effect in this process.)
If your refund amount has passed 10 business days by the relevant bank and has not yet been deposited into your account, please inform us by sending an e-mail to pierroferrangreta@gmail.com. In such cases, you may need to contact your bank's credit card service. Refunds made for sales with credit card installments will be reflected to your account as a plus balance each month according to the number of installments made by the bank to the credit card.
